I really appreciate the depth of vulnerability that every piece you write carries. It really is a great strength to write about the night seasons of one’s life without editing certain parts so you are more digestible or seen as ‘put together’.
I’m glad you are better and things are going even way better for you now. I pray that the Lord strengthens you continually and may He perfect all that concerns you. I pray for might to show up, and be and do all that is required of you. I pray that for all you have lost, the Lord restores in multiple folds. And may things that cause you to smile never elude you.
This is such a vulnerable expression and it meant so much to me. Authors like Dostoevsky are praised because of their ability to empathetically capture emotions and preserve them in the black and white.
What I see is that same truth, care, and empathy made manifest in your work. God bless you.
I see that you have also been blessed by God in the areas of creative opportunities. I am a writer and filmmaker. If you are open to bringing or putting me on, I’d sincerely appreciate any opportunity offered.
Sometimes God doesn’t remove the storm immediately because He’s doing something deeper within us. You’ve made it through a season that could have broken you, yet you’re still standing. That’s grace.
Keep going. God hasn’t brought you this far to leave you here. I believe what’s ahead of you will make sense of everything you’ve had to walk through.
“For the Lord will not forsake His people; He will not abandon His heritage.” — Psalm 94:14
Thank you for writing this with so much honesty. I think one of the hardest things about surviving dark seasons is accepting that external wins can't always reach internal wounds. I'm really glad you stayed.
Funny enough, we spoke during this period, and I had no idea what you were carrying. It reminded me that we never truly know what people are going through behind the smiles.
Thank you for being vulnerable. In a world where everyone shares the highlights, your honesty was refreshing and deeply encouraging. It also challenged me to think about how I can share my own journey more openly.
The past year hasn't been easy for me either, but faith has kept me going. Your story reminded me that no season lasts forever.
I'm really grateful you're in a better place now. Keep pushing, keep creating, and thank you for sharing this with us. ❤️
Thank you for being this vulnerable, and may God indeed continue to strengthen you. In a way, this has been my season and I trust God to help me through it.
